OOSTERDOK & OOSTERDOKSEILAND

This site is a personal, non profit overview of the Oosterdok, in particular the Oosterdokseiland and its surroundings in the city of Amsterdam. I will try to give a bit of historical and cultural background, coupled with illustrations, but also some insights about the actual development of this interesting part of Amsterdam.  Most of all, I tried to keep it simple, so that you find condensed information in one place.   Nick
